What to order:

  • Insalata Di Asparagi – you might consider sharing this delicious salad that tastes like someone just harvested the vegetables in the garden.
  • Pollo Menichino or any of the seafood specials are my favorites. Lynn often chooses their wild game or ravioli specials.
  • Save room for any of the delicious desserts, especially the Gelati E Sorbetti.

Pro tips: They take reservations and recommend that you make them a few weeks/days before you arrive. The beautiful gardens provide a relaxing atmosphere in which to sit and have a glass of wine, as well as great photo opportunities.

Tillie’s Restaurant

Drawing inspiration from the bountiful produce of the surrounding Hill Country, Tillie’s menu is a symphony of flavors, showcasing locally sourced ingredients crafted into contemporary Southern dishes. Whether indulging in the delicate flavors of Gulf Coast oysters or savoring the smoky aroma of slow-roasted barbecue, each dish reflects a commitment to seasonal freshness and culinary innovation.

Yet, it’s not just the cuisine that sets Tillie’s apart; it’s the ambiance. The restaurant’s sprawling grounds, adorned with century-old oak trees and lush gardens, provide a picturesque backdrop for unforgettable dining experiences. Guests can dine al fresco on the charming patio or cozy up by the fireplace in the elegant dining room, soaking in the relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere that defines Tillie’s.

More than just a restaurant, Tillie’s embodies the spirit of Dripping Springs – a community rooted in tradition yet flourishing with creativity and passion. Whether gathering for a leisurely brunch with friends or celebrating a special occasion with loved ones, Tillie’s invites guests to savor the simple pleasures of good food, good company, and the timeless beauty of the Texas Hill Country.
